DOING CRUNCHES WILL NOT GET YOU ABS.

Washboard abs are the holy grail of a bro’s physique. We want ‘em and we want ‘em real bad. But I am here to tell you once and for all that DOING CRUNCHES WILL NOT GET YOU ABS.

Say it with me. Doing (now you say it) crunches (say crunches) will not get you (you can say these words all at once)… ABS!! (yell this word).

You already have abs dude. They’re just hidden under that sexy love belly (body fat). If you want to see them, then just get on a program that focuses on holding less body fat (like the 30-Day Initiation Program in the FREE Recovering Bro app…cough cough…click here).

Now, if you want to ‘train’ your abs (which is different than ‘seeing’ your abs) then here are the top three ab exercises:

  1. Front Squats (yes, for abs)
  2. Back Squats (I said yes…)
  3. Deadlifts (not kidding)
  4. Chin-Ups (you can’t hide from the truth)

I gave you four because I love you man. We’re allowed to say that now.
